Before you start
Only photos with usable location metadata can place a pin on a map. Screenshots, downloads and shared images may have had that metadata removed.
What to check
Choose your own files in the browser, review the resulting points and remove locations you do not want to reveal before sharing an image.
- Select your original geotagged photos in the Photo Map tool.
- Review each location, then download the map image when it shows only places you intend to share.
